Hand luggage

In order for our guests to fully enjoy DAN AIR flights, we offer you the opportunity to travel with the following hand luggage, absolutely FREE OF CHARGE!

Economy Class

1 x Small Cabin Baggage (SCB) - (duty free OR laptop OR purse OR similar)

  • Size: 40cm x 30cm x 20cm
  • Maximum weight: 10 kg
  • Fit under the front seat without causing discomfort to other passengers
  • Do not include hazardous products

Business Class

1 x Small Cabin Baggage (SCB) - (duty free OR laptop OR purse OR similar)

  • Size: 40cm x 30cm x 20cm
  • Maximum weight: 10 kg
  • Fit under the front seat without causing discomfort to other passengers

1 x Big Cabin Baggage (BCB)

  • Size: 55cm x 40cm x 20cm
  • Maximum weight: 10 kg
  • Can be stored in the compartment above the seat

To remember

  • Valuables and electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, cameras, etc., must be carried in cabin baggage.
  • Products purchased in duty-free are transported separately from hand luggage.
  • Cabin storage space is limited on busy flights, so we reserve the right to hold your hand luggage at the time of boarding to be carried in the hold. If this happens, we will take care of it at no additional charge.

Hold baggage

Because we don't want you to miss anything when traveling with DAN AIR, we offer you the possibility to take checked baggage as described below:

Economy Class

1 x Small checked baggage (SBAG) per passenger

  • Size: 100cm x 80cm x 30cm
  • Maximum weight: 23 kg

Business Class

2 x Large checked baggage (BAG) per passenger

  • Size: 100cm x 80cm x 30cm
  • Maximum weight: 32 kg

What are you not allowed to take in checked baggage?

Although the restrictions are much less than those for hand luggage, in order to prevent discomfort for DAN AIR passengers, we have created a list of prohibited items even in checked baggage:

  • Camping equipment: camping gas cylinders, gas torches, charcoal briquettes.
  • Explosives and flammable substances: detonators, lighters, dynamite, fireworks, flares, firecrackers, grenades, gas, gas containers, liquid fuel and other flammable products
  • Chemical and toxic substances: paralyzing sprays, fire extinguishers, acids, radioactive substances, compressed gas spray, poison

Musical instruments

Musical instruments can be transported both in the passenger cabin and in the hold of the plane.

To take the musical instrument on board the plane in the passenger cabin, it must be smaller than 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm and not exceed 10 kg. It will be stored in the compartment above the seats.

Large musical instruments such as the double bass can also travel in the passenger cabin, following the purchase of a seat for each of these at the time of booking your ticket.

After you have paid for your reservation, a confirmation will be displayed on your screen and sent to you by email.

Whether you want to enjoy the view from a window seat, take advantage of the flexibility of an aisle seat, or simply show the whole family together, you can select the seats you want when you book your tickets. Seat selection is possible on the company's website, in the "Menu" -> "Reserve seats" section.

In case of a voluntary change, the previously paid place is not transferred for the new flight date. The amount previously paid for the seat reservation non-refundable.

To change your ticket, depending on the type of fare applied, you will pay a change fee. If you change your ticket to a higher class, you will also pay the difference between the original fare and the new fare, provided there are seats available.
