Regardless of the issuing date all bookings with travel date up to October 26th 2024 (included) have the following tariff rules:
1x Small Cabin Baggage (SCB) weighing a maximum of 10 kg and with dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 20cm (duty-free items OR laptop OR handbag OR similar)
1 x Small Checked Baggage (SBAG) weighing a maximum of 23 kg each and with dimensions of 100cm x 80cm x 30cm.
Infant: 1 x Checked Baggage weighing a maximum of 23 kg OR 1 or 2-piece stroller.

Duplicate Ticket Cancellation |

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the departure time. In case of cancellation, the value of the cheaper ticket will be refunded according to the airline's policies and regulations. |
For bookings with travel starting with October 27th 2024, regardless of the issuing date, the passengers can choose between three fare bundles as follows:

For all tariff bundles the changes (date, route, name) can be done up to 6 hours before departure. On round-trip bookings name changes apply to the entire itinerary and cannot be done if the first segment is in the past, even if the segment was not used.

After you have paid for your reservation, a confirmation will be displayed on your screen and sent to you by email.
Whether you want to enjoy the view from a window seat, take advantage of the flexibility of an aisle seat, or simply show the whole family together, you can select the seats you want when you book your tickets. Seat selection is possible on the company's website, in the "Menu" -> "Reserve seats" section.
In case of a voluntary change, the previously paid place is not transferred for the new flight date. The amount previously paid for the seat reservation non-refundable.
To change your ticket, depending on the type of fare applied, you will pay a change fee. If you change your ticket to a higher class, you will also pay the difference between the original fare and the new fare, provided there are seats available.
