After booking your flight, you can request assistance by contacting:

If your journey involves a second flight, we advise you to allow a minimum connection time of 1 hour and 30 minutes between flights when booking your journey.

For your convenience and safety, we need to consider several factors before we can confirm your support request, such as:

  • Your general health and type of disability
  • The type of help requested
  • Air carriers involved and limitations for each type of aircraft

If you need oxygen, you are not allowed to use your own oxygen cylinders. This service is provided by DAN AIR If you are transporting full or empty syringes for personal use, we recommend obtaining a medical certificate. This will make it easier for you to pass through airport security checks.

Please note that both at the airport of departure and at your final destination, any special assistance services may incur additional costs. These costs relate to ambulance access to/from aircraft and access to restricted areas. If you require such services, please ensure that you make all necessary arrangements well in advance, including any additional payments (if required), as it may take up to several days for all authorizations to be granted.

If you need assistance at the airport or in the aircraft cabin, please send your request to [email protected], preferably at the time of booking but no later than 48 hours before departure. If you booked online, please contact DAN AIR no later than 48 hours before departure.

For the safety of passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility, you may be required to have an attendant with the specific role of assisting you in an emergency or with basic needs (using the aircraft toilets, feeding or medication, etc.).

A companion is only required in the following cases:

  • If the passenger has a serious mental disability that prevents him from understanding and applying the safety instructions.
  • If the passenger is blind and deaf, this prevents the possibility of communication with the crew.
  • If the passenger requires special care or medical assistance during the flight.
  • If, due to a disability, the passenger is unable to feed himself or use the aircraft toilet independently.
  • If the passenger is physically unable to participate in the evacuation of an aircraft.

The attendant must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be over 18.
  • Must be physically and mentally fit.
  • They must not be in the care of another person (for example a child, an infant or another person with reduced mobility).

All our aircraft are equipped with seats with movable armrests. However, there are a limited number of places dedicated to people with reduced mobility. Please check the availability of such seats when making your reservation.

For your safety, you may not travel in an emergency exit row or in a row immediately in front of and behind an emergency exit row.

If you request cabin wheelchair service and are traveling alone, you must be able to take care of your own needs in the aircraft lavatory and in the seat (for example: feeding, medication or moving from your seat to the aircraft lavatory). If you are unable to do so, you must be accompanied by another person of at least 18 years of age who is able to provide the necessary assistance.

Please note that our aircraft are not wheelchair accessible on board.
